Since its foundation in 1986, Khalil Gibran School has been on a steady growth path. In addition to being a trilingual school (English, Arabic and French), Khalil Gibran School is a pioneer in Morocco with it’s international, rich and diverse educational program where two systems exist side by side

In the Kindergarten KGS follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum which is specially designed for children aged 3-5.

KGS magnetic core mission is to offer an international curriculum to all its pupils…Their second aim is to successfully meet the Ministry of Education’s requirements. As a matter of fact, 2 main curricula are established in the school; the Cambridge “British” curriculum and the Moroccan one. The Primary school is designed for learners 5 to 11 years and gives a world-class curriculum to develop learners’ skills and understanding in English, mathematics, science, Arabic, French, Islamic Studies, Drama, P.E. (Physical Education), Art, excursions and other educational activities.

Middle School covers the first three years of secondary education, between Years levels 7 to 9. The middle school cycle is that of the consolidation of learning. 

Khalil Gibran School Marrakech has the pleasure to announce its being the first and only school in the Marrakech region to introduce the International Baccalaureate (IB) English option for the upcoming academic year 2019-2020.

The International Baccalaureate Programme (IBP) is a curriculum framework designed to offer inclusive, challenging and age-appropriate education to students. It aims to develop our students’ personal, social and emotional well-being as they acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will support their further learning.

  • Ideally 2-3 years teaching experience but NQTs are welcome to apply
  • Age limit is 58 years old (due to visa regulations)
